***Filament specializes in the repair of a wide array of tube and solid state, modern and vintage guitar amplifiers. We do not repair car audio, synthesizers, mixers, recording equipment, musical instruments, or effects pedals.***

• LABOR RATE: $100/hr

• RUSH FEE: $50 (guarantees amplifier is diagnosed ahead of queue, however turnaround is issue-dependent)

• DECLINED REPAIR FEE: $40 (additional to labor cost up to point of declination)

• TURNAROUND TIME - 3-4 weeks for most repairs

• PAYMENT - Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, credit cards (add 3% fee), and cash accepted

• WARRANTY - Labor (applying only to the specific nature of repairs performed) guaranteed for up to 45 days from date of notice of work completed, and excludes incidences of abuse, misuse, spilling beer on your amp, etc. Parts are subject to their respective manufacturer/distributor warranties.

• 45 days without pay or communication from the client on any amplifier from date of notice of work completed constitutes forfeiture of the amp to cover the repair or $100/week storage fees from 45 day mark.

Transparency is paramount and we try to keep our customers as informed as possible, providing thorough information and options as they arise from the diagnosis. Declined repair for any reason (by the shop or the client) following diagnosis will incur an additional $40 fee on top of the labor rate for time spent on the amp.
